🏛️ New at Plural: daily summary of the Official Gazette
Starting this week, Plural’s AI Editor will publish a daily summary of Curitiba’s Official Gazette, highlighting administrative decisions, public contracts, bids, and relevant acts of the city hall.
The proposal is to make it easier to follow municipal management, bringing together in a few minutes of reading the main points of a document that usually has dozens of pages.
What came out in the Official Gazette
In issue no. 47 / Year XV, published this Thursday, some highlights include:
- Federal transfers: the Municipal Secretariat of Planning, Finance and Budget published seven notification notices about transfers from the Union to municipal programs, as required by Federal Law no. 9.452/1997.
- Services in health units: Price Registration Record no. 195/2025, linked to the Municipal Health Secretariat, was recorded for engineering and maintenance services in health units, valid for 12 months.
- Purchase of electrical materials: COHAB carried out an electronic bidding waiver to acquire cables, light fixtures, and lamps, totaling R$ 5.188,50.
- Social Action Foundation contract: FAS signed a contract with Serralheria Lima Ltda. for maintenance of aluminum windows in the foundation’s units.
- Permits at gastronomic fairs: new ordinances authorized vendors to operate food stalls, such as pastel, skewers, and Arab food, at the Gastronomic Fair of Nations.
- Administrative acts: the gazette also includes staff appointments and ordinances related to personnel management and retirements.

🎓 Free pre-entrance music course
The Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) has opened applications for the 2026 Community Pre-Entrance Music Course, a free initiative for those who intend to take the university’s specific music entrance exam.
The project offers classes covering content required in the selection process and seeks to help candidates develop the musical skills demanded in the exam. The classes are taught by UFPR undergraduate Music students, as well as musicians connected to the course, and also serve as a space for pedagogical practice for the undergraduates.
The course will have an approximate duration of eight months, with meetings on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at UFPR’s DeArtes campus (Rua Coronel Dulcídio, 638). There is no selection by technical level—the form is only to understand the participants’ profile.

Students pre-selected in the second call of ProUni 2026 must submit their documentation at the educational institution by this Friday (13).
